Patrick Walsh's career began in 1998 as an investment analyst at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Securities. In that role, he focused on commercial property and publicly traded real estate investment trusts. Six years later, he joined Deutsche Bank as vice president of investment banking. He later worked at a hedge fund in Illinois, specializing in long-short equity. He then became a managing partner at PWK Partners in Chicago, where he remained until 2012.
